Skills and Experience: Over 36 years experience as a Utah accountant in individual and business tax preparation, small business accounting, and consulting. Tax experience includes the preparation of income tax filings for corporations, S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, sole proprietors, individuals, trusts, gifts, and estates. Accounting experience includes the preparation of audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements. Jim is a Salt Lake City accountant who is most interested in helping small businesses become successful by receiving accurate information and analyzing that information to effectively manage their assets, plan for financial needs and minimize taxes. Jim is a qualified Salt Lake City CPA and peer reviewer. CPAs are required, every three years, to have their accounting practice peer? reviewed by an independent CPA according to professional standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
